I am getting calls from this no. since last few days, either it is a missed call or if I pick up the phone, nobody speaks from the other side.

I am receiving phone calls from this number stating it is a legal matter.

This number comes up on my caller-id on a regular (daily) basis! I am certain that it is either a 'collector' or a 'solicitor'. I have nothing in collections. I do not know who is calling...I answer the phone, but no one is there! I have tried to let them leave a message, as well - but to no avail! Please let me know. I received a call at my house phone from a lady named Tina and requested for me to call back as I was being served in a civil suit. She left a the above number and a case number.I returned the call because it was very strange to be getting served by phone and decided to call anyway just for my piece of mind. A gentleman answered asking for the case number and he said my name. I told him I get several calls from debt collectors looking for a person that has the same name as me which is also a very common name. He asked for the last four of my social security which was also strange. I told him that I would not give him that information and for him to give me the last four of the person he is looking for. He said he could not provide that for me. He then said in a very rude manner if it is you it will be in the mail and hung up on me. Please be careful from what I know you have to be served in person.
